Terms of Service

By using Ask Tony Gaskins AI (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

What this is

Ask Tony Gaskins AI is an AI-powered coaching experience. The AI is trained on Tony Gaskins’ books, talks, courses, and content. It responds in his voice and uses his frameworks. It is not Tony himself, and it is not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

What the Service is NOT

• Not therapy. If you’re in mental-health crisis, contact a licensed professional. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
• Not medical, legal, or financial advice. The AI may share general information that resembles such advice; consult a licensed professional for your actual decisions.
• Not Tony Gaskins in person. Subscribing here does not give you access to the real Tony, his one-on-one coaching, or any guarantees of personal response.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use the Service.
• You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• One person, one account.

Payment

• Free tier. A limited number of messages with no card required.
• Pro subscription. $20/month, recurring until canceled. Includes a monthly message allowance. Cancel anytime via the Billing portal; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
• Top-up packs. One-time purchases that add non-expiring credits to your balance.
• Refunds. If you’re unhappy in the first 7 days of your first paid month, email us — we’ll refund you. After that, charges aren’t refundable, but you can cancel future billing at any time.
• Taxes. Where required by law, sales tax / VAT will be added.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Generate content that’s illegal, defamatory, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Scrape the Service, bypass the credit gate, share an account beyond a single person, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI to extract its training data.
• Use the Service to compete commercially with Tony Gaskins’ coaching, books, or courses — i.e., you can’t use AI replies to populate a copycat coaching service.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI output disclaimer

The AI can be confidently wrong. It will sometimes hallucinate facts, mis-cite Tony, or give advice that’s incorrect for your specific situation. Verify anything important with a qualified professional and with Tony’s actual published work. You are responsible for how you act on what the AI says.

Intellectual property

• Tony Gaskins owns the underlying intellectual property the AI draws on — his books, talks, frameworks, and brand. Conversations generated by the Service can be used personally by you. You may not republish them commercially or claim authorship.
• You retain ownership of the messages you send. By sending them you grant us a limited license to process them through the AI and store them for your account.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts for violations of these terms or if continued service becomes commercially infeasible. On termination, your credit balance has no cash value and is forfeited.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI’S RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
